A New Roof & Workmanship Report provides an independent assessment of the visible and accessible completed roofing work, identifying defects, workmanship concerns and installation details that may require further investigation or rectification.

Where relevant, observations may also be considered against applicable manufacturer installation requirements, recognised roofing practices and relevant requirements.
WHEN SHOULD YOU CONSIDER A NEW ROOF INSPECTION?
An independent inspection may be suitable if:
